Our Story

We Didn't Build a Hotel. We Built a Feeling.

Most people come to Cabo for a week. They check into a resort, eat at the buffet, and go home with a sunburn and a generic memory. That's not what we built Montemar for.

We wanted something that felt like walking into your own place â but better than anything you'd actually own. A kitchen that's stocked before you arrive. A concierge who already knows you prefer mezcal. A balcony where the sunset hits different because you're eight floors up in Pedregal with the entire Sea of Cortez in front of you and nothing to do but watch it.

The Building

Eight floors carved into the Pedregal hillside with three residences spread across different levels â each one a different perspective of the same jaw-dropping coastline. Two bedrooms, two baths, and enough space that four guests never feel crowded.

On the communal level: an infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the marina, a bar with a full menu, a gym for the ambitious, and a fire pit for the nights you don't want to end. Twenty-four-hour security, covered parking, and elevator access round it out.
